Villa Orquida is a fully air-conditioned luxury holiday villa in Javea on Spain's Costa Blanca. It sleeps a total of fourteen guests - ten adults in four king-size bedrooms and a twin room, plus an additional spacious room with two comfortable sets of bunk beds to accommodate a further four adults or children.

The Villa has secure private grounds within the secluded Mount Montgo National Park area. It has a large, floodlit swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by an extensive south-facing, tiled leisure area which captures the sun from morning to evening. There are twelve sun loungers and a covered BBQ kitchen and bar with seating for 16 people, plus a fully equipped poolside toilet and shower room. The owner provides pool and garden maintenance.

The villa was built on one level and is wheelchair friendly.Five of the bedrooms have large ceiling fans, and all six have air conditioning units. Four of the bedrooms have luxury en-suite shower rooms while the bunk bedroom and one king-sized room share a family bathroom and shower. The large, fully-equipped modern kitchen has a double-oven cooker, a large fridge/freezer with automatic ice and filtered water dispenser, a washing machine and a dish-washer. In addition to the large dining table and chairs on the extensive terrace, the villa also has a dining room which seats eight, a large lounge equipped with widescreen TV and sound system, and a separate games room with full-size pool table and dartboard. It also has a study in which there is a PC with a webcam and a scanner-copier.Free internet access extends throughout the villa and most of its grounds. The villa has a high-grade security alarm system with motion sensors scanning its forecourt area which can accommodate several parked cars inside the remotely operated steel gate.

The villa is just a ten-minute drive away from the historic Javea Old Town and Javea Port areas, and a twenty-minute drive away from the popular Arenal sandy beach area with its many restaurants. There is no dilemma of having to drive on an evening out because there are four excellent restaurants within a five-minute walk from the villa.
